Shipping details
Standard shipping:
We ship all orders with our logistics partners DHL or DPD. The shipping costs depend on various factors (bulky goods, shopping cart size, shipping costs, special rates) and are displayed in the shopping cart before you complete your order.
Orders and payments placed before 12 noon are usually (approx. 90%) delivered on the following working day (Mon. - Fri.) within Germany.
Goods that are delivered by a forwarding agent (e.g. mats from a certain quantity, filled sandbags over 31kg, kettlebells over 31kg and some other items) are delivered within Germany within 2-5 working days.
Shipping abroad usually takes a little longer, please ask for details.
Forwarding shipping:
Bulky goods (weighing over 30 kg or mats and other goods that do not fit into standard packages) are shipped with our partner forwarding agents. You will be informed about this directly with the product if this applies to the respective offer.
Shipping abroad:
For deliveries abroad, an expense-dependent price is charged depending on the country of delivery - this is displayed in the shopping cart before you complete your order. You can also change the country of delivery in the shopping cart without logging in and will then automatically see the applicable rate. ** For orders to Switzerland, we recommend registering and ordering via our partner “My Purchasing CH”
Please note, that all other international shipping is calculated dynamically - you find your shipping fee in the shopping cart.
